What We Store
For schools/districts that have not chosen the Mass Notification option, we only store personal information such as an email address or phone number when it is voluntarily provided by an end user, such as:
- name
- email address
- what classes they are attending
With the Mass Notification option, we also store data that you transmit to us from your Student Information System (SIS).

In support of our customers’ compliance with Canadian laws, including:
- provincial Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FOIPPA),
- the federal Privacy Act, and
- the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA),
Appazur Solutions Inc. hosts all customer data on servers that are physically located within Canada.
Data Located In Canada
Our servers are located in industry-leading, highly-secure data centers in Canada, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. We use Google Cloud Platform’s Montreal, Québec data centre.
